Care Needs Assessment Workshop
After the success of the first care needs assessment workshop in April, the Authority has decided to hold a second workshop on Wednesday 25 November 2009 from 9am - 1:30pm. This will be a repeat of the April 2009 session. The workshop is targeted to those professionals involved in completing care needs assessments for Scheme participants, and includes information on:
- Features of attendant care in the Lifetime Care and Support Scheme
- Implementing an attendant care program
- From assessment to care delivery: a session presented by the Attendant Care Industry Association of NSW
- How to assess and report the care need of Scheme participants: tips and tricks for great care needs assessments
