You may disagree with the Lifetime Care and Support Authority's decision about whether you are eligible for the Lifetime Care and Support Scheme, or about your rehabilitation or care needs.
It's OK if you don't agree with the Authority, and it will not affect how the Authority treats you.
The Authority will let you know in writing, on your certificate, why it has made its decision. There is information on the back of your certificate about your options and what to do if you disagree.
