New Discharge Process for Adult Scheme Participants
The Authority will implement a new discharge process for adult participants from 1 March 2010.
This new process has been developed by the Authority with representatives from brain injury and spinal cord injury services.
Please go to the Forms to Request Services page to access the new discharge forms for adult participants.
The Authority plans to review the discharge process for paediatric participants soon.
