Draft Guideline: Buying into the Lifetime Care and Support Scheme
The Authority has developed a new Guideline about how an injured person may "buy in" to become a lifetime participant in the Scheme if they sustained a motor accident injury prior to Scheme commencement.
This Guideline has been developed in accordance with the legislative amendments that were passed in 2009.
